2. Scangrading’s collection of your personal data

Scangrading’s processing of your personal data complies with the requirements in effect at any time, including such security requirements as derive from the applicable personal data legislation and the associated statutory orders.

Section 2(1) no. 15 of the Danish Marketing Act – including SMS, MMS and email.

Scangrading only stores your personal data for as long as this is necessary to the fulfilment of the above-mentioned objectives. Scangrading processes all personal data in complete confidence, and we have implemented a range of technological and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unintentional or unlawful destruction, loss or deterioration, and against the risk of their becoming known to unauthorised parties, being misused or otherwise being treated contrary to the provisions of personal data legislation.
