Taking a representative sample from a sugar flow often poses a challenge. If the sample taken is not representative the following analysis and test results do not necessarily reflect the actual quality of the sugar crystals. In worst case this could lead to customer complaints and possible product recalls.
Automated sampling with a desired time interval
INNOSAMPLER is designed for replacing the traditional sampling method and to reduce the need for manual labor. With the INNOSAMPLER you can automatically take highly representative samples of sugar crystals. The sample is then fed into a SIZELAB In-Line or SIZELAB X-Feed for measurement and analysis.
Sampling at a constant speed
When sampling sugar from a production stream, it is crucial that the sample is highly representative. INNOSAMPLER is a specially designed sampling device passing through the total sugar stream in a vertical tube at a constant speed. This patented setup ensures that the sample always is representative for the sugar flow.
Minimize errors with automated sampling
When the sampling device has been forth and back, the samples are fed to a SIZELAB In-Line or brought to the laboratory for measurement and analysis of the sugar crystals. With INNOSAMPLER, errors are kept to a minimum and thus less resource waste. This streamlining of the workflow will significantly increase productivity.
Representative sugar samples
The INNOSAMPLER is designed for taking representative samples in the sugar stream to the silos, bulk deliveries or in the sugar stream for special products. The sampling process is fully automated and frees up resources so the operator can focus on other tasks.
When the samples are analyzed with a SIZELAB In-Line or SIZELAB X-Feed in the laboratory, the results are loaded automatically into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and if special reports are needed those can be printed or saved in a desired format.
